I am an energetic and customer–centric individual, and over the course of my career, I have been recognised for outstanding contribution to business performance and services to sports and fitness, receiving the award for ‘USPT New Jersey Professional Tennis Teacher of the Year’ in 2003, and being nominated for the 2005 ‘Volunteer of the Year Award’, the ‘State Member of the Year Award’ and the ‘Humanitarian Award’ in 2005 through USPTR. Currently providing a range of sports, fitness and health solutions to clients of all abilities and ages through designing, developing and offering a range of programs and services including the Sports Academy Dubai and various health and fitness programmes encompassing Zumba, Bootcamp, Circuit Training, Yoga and Scuba Diving. As a business leader, I have demonstrated success in overseeing and coordinating the day to day operations of a business encompassing finances, operations, marketing and promotional strategies, business development planning and business expansion. How do you play Pickleball

Pickleball can be played in singles or doubles. The objective is to hit the ball over the net and land it within the boundaries of your opponent's side, while following specific rules regarding serving, scoring, and faults.

What equipment do I need for Pickleball

To play pickleball, you'll need a paddle (similar to a large ping pong paddle) and a plastic ball with holes in it. You should also wear comfortable athletic shoes suitable for court sports.

What are the rules of Pickleball

the rules of Pickleball are similar to other rackets sports .The ball must be served diagonally and land in the opponent s service court .After the serve ,both teams must let the ball bounce once before hitting it .The ball must stay within the bounds of the court and points are scored by the serving side only .
